Apart from not making any sense, your post doesn't really give any indication as to what your problem actually is...
Perhaps if you would care to elaborate on what the issue is, someone may be able to help you out.
OK, that definitely makes more sense, however it still doesn't explain what the issue is that you say Customer Care can't solve?
It's difficult for anyone to provide assistance or advice unless you explain the problem.
Why can't vodafone live up to their convictions . Customer care do not care . they can't solve their customers issues
