Replacement Sim... "too many attempts"

I've been trying to replace my old sim online using the onetime text code and i must've typed the wrong number from the replacement sim and this message keeps coming up: "You've made too many attempts." Pls help thanks

We want to get you up and running as fast as we can and if you've made too many attempts through our online activation tool, your best move from here is to speak with our activation team.

 

They're open from 8am to 8pm and you can reach them directly on 1300 101 606. They'll then check your SIM details for you and complete the activation manually. 

 

Let us know how you go and if there's anything else that we can help with in the meantime.
