Hello,

I think it's been about a year since this post was updated last but i seem to have the same problem happening in 2017. I've tried it on the MyVodafone app and the website (on both a PC and phone).

Some help would be great.

That'sa  little odd.  Nothing's been reported so let's have a closer look and find out what's happened.

 

When you jump in to check your data, do you mean the meter isn't moving at all or when you look at your detailed usage you're not seeing anything recently? 

 

Once we get a bit more of an idea around what's going on, we'll be able to investigate further.

My detailed usage is working fine, the meter is what won't move at all.
