I am pretty sure that I ve already unlocked my iphone in Australia, but when I came back to China and inserted a local SIM, it appeared that my iphone need to be actived. does that mean my phone was not unlocked successfully? if so, how can i unlock it in China? I tried the unlock page but i just cannot open it, can anyone help me to unlock it?

try the link again
its working the steps for iphone are really clear once unlocked and you should have no issues, if you have unlocked it in australia, you would have need to have inserted another carriers sim card to complete the unlock step.

Grumpyoldgreek is right, when you unlocked your phone in Australia, you will have needed to connect your iPhone to iTunes, and insert another carrier SIM to complete the unlock process. Did you follow the steps on our unlocking page at the time?
Are you able to access our handset unlocking page again now? If so, can you please let me know if you're unable unlock your phone, and if there are any error messages present?

If you are prompted to fill out our handset unlocking difficulties form, can you please do this, as our handset unlocking team will then be able to unlock your phone for you.
