I also have 2 different AppleIDs - it's a little bit annoying, isn't it! I've had a look through Apple's Community for you, and I've found these instructions for changing your Apple ID on your iPad:

Since I have two accounts myself, i had a quick look around Apple's site while I was there, to see if it's possible to merge my two accounts into one. The bad news is you're can't! The good news is you're able to use both accounts on your iPad, you just need to change from one to the other, following the instructions above.
