We have a few iPhone's we have purchased via our Vodafone corporate account. 

We have been instructed to unlock these phones using the Handset Unlocking feature on the website. While some phones unlock without an issue, I have 3 old iPhone 3GS which show IMEI Not Found on the website.

I have submitted my details, waited the 10 days, but have had no response. 

How do I get these old phones unlocked?

Welcome to the forum!

I'm sorry you have yet to receive a response for the unlocking difficulties you have submitted to us in the time frame we provided.  I understand your frustration especially if you require the use of the iPhone's for business use.

Have there been any updates to your Handset Unlocking details when entering the IMEI numbers again online at http://www.vodafone.com.au/unlock?

If there are no updates to your handset unlocking requests, I am happy to investigate further for you.  Please provide me with the IMEI number for each handset you are having difficulties unlocking so I can investigate further.

Your IMEI number can be quickly retrieved by dialling *#06# into each phone.

I have just retried all the handsets now in case the Vodafone records have been updated.

Still no luck though!

Hi Matt,

You can edit your posts to remove the IMEI numbers using the Post Options menu in the top right of each post. And selecting edit message
We'd like to keep the topic open for other users to read and we don't believe in editing our users posts. Your content is your own to post freely.

Hi guys,

Im having the same problem with unlocking my iphone. I've waited the 10 days and havent received any reply or communication from Vodafone as of yet.

Phone – iPhone 3GS - 32GB (White)
IMEI – 012032002318466

On the Vodafone site (www.vodafone.com.au/unlock) I have tried entering in my IMEI every day however it just comes back with a message saying 'Handset IMEI Not Found'.

I have already also sent my details through the vodafone site as prompted after it says imei not found but havent heard anything.

I have also already tried restoring through iTunes a few times as I have read on some other forums that sometimes it can be ready for unlocking without actually hearing from Vodafone via phone or SMS.

Would appreciate your assistance finally getting my phone unlocked as I will be travelling shortly.
