We bought an ipad2 over a week ago online. No confirmation email was sent, only some generic email a few days later stating that the order has been shipped. No customer bumber, not even our details on it. So I called today to find out where it is... seriously, it took 'Christine' 15 minutes to find out that oh... yes, your product has been shipped... here is the consignment number. Call Air Express. She was so slow that I brought up the number before she did... So I called - only to find out that my product has been delivered. To Belrose! I live in Melbourne.
So I called back. Requested a call back. They called back - only thing is - they can't hear me!!! So I'm yelling into the phone and 'Natalie' is telling me to call back on 1555. So off I go again.... speaking to stupid Lara...
Vodafone, seriously - get your customer service in order. If you can't even track your own order for an expensive piece of technology - there is a problem....
I personally wish that Optus had ipad plans....

have finally been told that the order was delivered to melbourne and then sent back to warehouse again... nobody even bothered to call me. ave now been advised to go into a store and pick one up. Yeah right - as if a store will actually bother to help a customer!!

Vodafone - I called Air Express to find out why our ipad was sent back to Sydney. seems you people can't fill in consignment forms - not only did they list our address as a business not residential, but you also didn't fill in the address details correctly so when they printed the label - they had no delivery address... Poor form!
Thank god your store staff are friendly and eager to help... your online system is pathetic!

Sounds like you've been having a hard time getting this sorted out. I apologise. This is not the experience we aim to provide to our customers.
