Hi all

I've been waiting nearly a month for my iPad 15GB and have been told there's no possible way to find out where it's up to or when there will be new stock. So frustrating!!!! I can't track it on that site, I don't have a reference. Where is it??!!!

I can definitely appreciate that you're keen to get your new iPad, so let's find it for you.

 

How was your order placed (over the phone, in a store or online) ? The way that your order was placed, will help me to track it for you and see what has happened.

 

was this an upgrade to an existing mobile broadband plan, or a new service and what model of iPad did you order (black or white)? Depending on the model, delivery can take up to 5 weeks. 

 

I've sent you a private message with my contact details so that I can track your order for you. Once I receive your reply with the information that I've requested, I'll be able to find your iPad for you and get it to you as quickly as possible.

Hi,

I too am starting to get a little frustrated with no time frame being given regarding the delivery of my new ipad. Although I was informed at the outset that there would be a 3-4 week wait, this timeframe keeps getting pushed out and it is nearly a month since I put my order through now and the tracking system still says "order processing". My order number is VF108369707
 if someone could give me any sort of idea of when this may arrive.

What model of iPad did you order? Your delivery time frame will vary depending on the model that you chose. You can see the individual delivery time frames for each model of the iPad here.

 

When you track your order, it will display as "order processing" until stock has arrived and has been allocated to your order. Once that happens, it will be dispatched to AAE for delivery and you will be given a consignment number to track the delivery of your new iPad.

 

I've sent you a private message with my contact details so that I can take a look at your order for you. Once I've received your reply, I will let you know where your order is at and give you any updates available on when it will be delivered.
