I am Viet Nam and I bought one IP4s , and i check it is locked by Vodafone Au Carrier . So how can i unlock it . Thanks

It is simple to unlock your phone from the Vodafone network. All you need to do is follow the procedure on our unlocking page here. Once you've entered your IMEI you will be given a set of instructions that will run you through how to complete the unlocking process. If there are any issues along the way you will be given the option to fill in the Handset Unlocking Difficulties form, which will send us an email so we can investigate any problems for you.
