Hi Vodafone team, I have some problems with my new iPad because one of my friends accidently locked my sim card after he typed wrongly my PIN for three times. I do not know how to get my PUK number to unlock it. I have also applied a samsaung S2 in Vodafone and I do not know whether it works if I put the PUK number of my phone into the device.

Hey Imbo - you should be able to retrieve your puk through My Vodafone.  The puk is specific to the sim card.  Have you registered the iPad sim?  If not, do that and you should be fine.

No worries it's easy to get the PUK code! You can get it through MyVodafone as Peter said by going to  ‘My phone’ > Settings Summary > Mobile information > PUK Code.

Or I'd be happy to get it for you if you'd prefer, I'll just need to look into your account. I've sent you a Private Message with my contact details if you could please send me an email with your account details and your unique code I can also get you your PUK code.
