Hi there everyone,

Can anyone pls tell me why I suddenly cannot read my gmail on my playbook ?

I am sure it used to work and I can still read it on my Blackberry ph but no new mail is appearing when I login on the playbook ?

What happens when you log on to Gmail?  Any messages?

One of the Blackberry forums discussed a similar problem:

gmail no longer works on my playbook! the website says im offline. anyone else seeing this?
"no offline messages"

Their suggestion was to set Gmail to the basic HTML version:

It sounds like you are using the mobile version. Don't know what the problem with it is, but it seems to do that regularly. I would scroll down to the bottom of the left column and hit the link for Basic HTML. IMO, its a much better interface, anyway. Make a bookmark and delete the default GMail icon.
