This is not the first time that I post message to here.
However it didn't help me to improve it.
Always asking me same question see if the device is fault or not.
I tried everyting that I can, but no luck.
It's just service is poor.
Also told me, they had upgrading service in my area.
Didn't change at all.
I also using vodafone mobile phone.
3g is toooo poor as well.
Never works in one time whenever I send the Internet based messages.
I started the conctract for the broadband since March this year, and 12 month contract.
Due to the poor service, do I have to pay the cancellation fee ?
I really need the proper Internet service.

can u help me as i have had poor service, un followed througfh promises and no reception at ,my home in australias capital city. emaiuls everywhere go un answered. tecnical revies still a joke, 7 months on. I have no choice but to advise everybody i know never go vodaphone...NEVER...
Seriously how can it be the the fault of my 1 mm thick laser light pergola that i get no reception, oir my brother and girlfriend all with vodaphone... same problem. I get promised if it is network fault i can return my phone. now i get no replies. Theives and liars where do i go from here
