Thanks for your post. I can certainly help you with this. Is it just the one number which is out of commitment in October that you are looking to cancel?
I will just let you know that when a mobile number is cancelled, you won't be able to reconnect with the same mobile number at a later stage. If you feel you may like to reuse this number in the future then I would recommend moving the number onto a prepaid account. You can then keep this active for up to 1 year with a 365 day recharge plan.
Once I know how you would prefer to proceed, we will be able to get things underway for you ![]()
