What are the issues you experience when using your Vodafone service (such as call drops, failed texts, unable to connect to the internet)? Also, what phone are you using and how long have you noticed these issues.
Do you find this happens everywhere you go or mainly in one place? If you find this happens everywhere, this suggests there may be an issue with your phone and I recommend test your SIM card in another for for a few hours to a day.
