Hi, how do I make it so that my vdfn bill gets sent to me BEFORE my money is taken out?

I sometimes forget when exactly the payment's made and it just automatically gets taken out of my account. And I never get a proper bill sent to my email before the payment is made. Can you do something to fix it or what can I do to fix it?

ring up customer care 1555 from your mobile its a free call and see if your email address is the correct one for billing

I can confirm that you should receive bill, a couple of weeks prior to the direct debit being taken from your account. The date for each months direct debit is listed at the bottom of the first page of the bill. This will usually be around the same date each month. For help on understanding your bill, check out our handy Bill Explainer.

There could be a couple of reasons you aren't receiving your bill:

 

Sometimes the bills we send out get filtered to your email's spam or junk mail folder. This would be the first thing to check.

 

As MichaelScuteri suggested, we may have an incorrect email address attached to your account. Cheers Michael! As Michael suggests, you can call 1555 from your Vodafone mobile and speak to our Care Team. They can ensure you're account details are correct. You can also check and change the email address on your account through My Vodafone. You are also able to access copies of your bill through My Vodafone, if for any reason you aren't able to access your email bill.

 

Please let me know if this doesn't explain why you aren't receiving your bills, and I can investigate further from there!
