Hello,
I just want to say that today I migrated from 3 to Vodafone.
I got the white 16GB Samsung Galaxy S3 on the $59 plan, with no handset repayments and 3GB of data for 12 months.
I am happy with the fast delivery of the handset (Shipped on Monday, received it today (Wednesday morning)). Also I'm very happy with how fast my number was ported from 3 to Vodafone, only a few hours!
I am also happy with the Customer Care Service (1555) with letting me off the pro-rata charge, since I connected today and my billing cycle starts tomorrow. <- Hopefully this is confirmed as the lady said she wrote a note on my account.
Thank you Vodafone. Hopefully everything else runs smoothly for the next 2 years ![]()
