3 to Vodafone

Hi

I've just got my galaxy s2 today and I called the 1300100606 to have my number the same so I won't need to get a new number...I followed all the instructions for it to be processed ... But I'm not sure how long it would take for it to be done..
I was wondering if you can help me out and check if has been processes or not? .. And how long it would take to process ? By reading the forums seems like everyone is frustrated about it...

Can someone just give an update about it ?

The galaxy S2 is a great handset, i'm sure you will be happy with it!

 

We advise that the porting process can take a few hours to complete, however there are instances where it can take a little longer than expected. You are able to give you welcome team a call on 1300 660 404, who will be able to notify you of any delays in your port that may affect the time it will take for your number to come across from three. Also, please ensure you are periodically resetting your device, as this refreshes it's connection on the network, and will push through the port as quickly as possible.

I went to the Vodafone shop this morning and it's all fixed I'm using it and loving it!
You have such great customer service, when they say "will get back to you" they actually do!
You have a great team members!!!!!
