Privacy

It's important to be aware of your information and what you choose to share, and with who.

Anything you post here on the Vodafone community forums is visible to users on the internet. Anyone can view the contents of your posts and replies. This content can be copied, saved, and indexed by search engines.

You should only post content you are comfortable with everyone seeing, indefinitely.

eForum settings regarding your privacy

You can choose to share or hide some or all of your personal information via the forum settings.

1. When logged in click "My settings" at the top right.

2. Choose the "Preferences" tab

3. Choose the "Privacy" tab

4. Select from the radio buttons your choice to share your personal information, email address and online status.

5. You are free to update these settings at any stage to show or hide this information.

Eforum options regarding your personal details

You can choose to enter or remove some or all of your personal information via the forum settings.

1. When logged in click "My settings" at the top right.

2. The "Personal Profile" should be selected

3. Select the tab for "Personal Information" or "IM Screen Names"

4. From either screen enter or delete information you would like to share. Ensure any content meets forum guidelines and consider that people of all ages access and view our forums.

5. Consider your location, are you comfortable sharing your State? City? Suburb? We'd reccomend against being any more specific than that. And despite what maps tell you "You are here" is not very helpful to know

By default your personal information is set to "Share with no one" so you can choose what to share or not.
