Have you noticed your smartphone internet browser may be sluggish? It could be that your cache is full
and needs a bit of a clean out. Check out how to clear your browser cache on your smartphone for Android, iOS, WP7 and Symbian.


What’s the use of cache?

When you are surfing the web on your phone’s browser, those websites that you visit will be store in an area of memory called cache.


The reason is that the next time you visit the same website the phone will load it from cache memory instead of downloading everything again from the server which, take up time and bandwidth.


 If the cache is full you might notice your browser will be somewhat sluggish. So how do I clear the cache on different operating system from the current crop of smart phones?


How to clear your cache for Android smartphones

To clear your cache for your Android smartphone, follow these instructions:

  • Open your browser, press the Menu key and go to More.
  • Select Settings and scroll to Privacy Settings.
  • Tap on Clear Cache and hit OK to confirm.

You can also clear your browsing history, cookie data and form data here as well.


How to clear your cache for iOS smartphone

To clear your cache for your iPhone, follow these instructions:

  • Open the Settings App and scroll down to Safari and select it.
  • Go to the Security section, from here you can select the Clear Cache option
  • Tap Clear Cache to confirm.

You can also clear your cookies and browsing history here.


How to clear your cache for WP7 smartphones

To clear your cache for your WP7 smartphones, follow these instructions:

  • Open Internet Explorer, tap on the three dots (bottom right) and select settings.
  • Press delete history,

This will delete your temporary files, history, cookies and saved passwords.


How to clear your cache for Symbian smartphones

To clear your cache for your Symbian smartphones, follow these instructions:

  • Go to the Web App, press Option and select Clear Privacy Data.
  • Here you can clear your Cache, Cookies, History and Form/Password Data.

You clear all your data with one hit or just what you needed.

why my cell cannot sign In to my side page..and it said the all password were reset by your browser. I have motorola ryaser G4 ..Can i get my password back?
