Any idea if the Vodafone app works in Windows 10?
Sadly the My Vodafone app for Windows Mobile has been retired and is no longer supported.
There are no current plans to offer a new version.
www.myvodafone.com.au will work on a desktop or mobile, and provides all of the functionality the app would have (with the exception of the live tile).

Most likely because Samsung haven't provided it to VF for testing yet.

I don't think so. I see some news about VF updates s6 edge at Germany and other places.
But we aren't Germany Nolan. Each region has it's own varaint of the software due to frequencies and so forth. Samsung will release it's Australian variant when it's ready.

But we're big fans of feedback and listening to what customers want. We've passed it along
