the problem with payment

I had transfered my phone plan to someone in one of Vodafone shop at 19 March 2012 but it charged $68.99 from my bank account at 30 March 2012 and it charged $73.06 from the guy who received my phone plan as well. Is there any mistake here?Can you help me check it? thank you !!

So I can get to the bottom of this for you, I'll need you and the person who has received your plan to send me an email with personal details to access your Vodafone accounts.
