my sim card has been stopped i cancelled my plan account where do i go to reactivate my sim card to prepaid they sent me an email but it got deleted. thanks.

Using the sim card you have, I'll definitely be able to get you set up on a pre paid service!

So I can do that, I've sent you a PM with some details on how to send your info through to me, and you can access your PM's by clicking this link. Once you pass through your details, I'll be able to look at getting you active on a prepaid service and look at what recharge you would like to have applied first.

You're also able to get set up on a pre paid service by giving our care team a call on 1300 650 410.
