Hi - if you mean the wifi logon password, that's easy - just reset the modem.  The default ssid and password are printed on a sticker inside the modem.  Hold down the reset switch with a paperclip until the modem reboots.  Then you can log in to the modem management page and change your ssid & password again.

If you're talking about a My Vodafone password, then the wifi modem can send & receive text messages, so you will be able to read it if your password reminder is sent.  Squint hard - it's a small display - and you'll see a symbol when you've got messages. It's the one on the right that resembles an envelope.

Yes, log into the dashboard by typing pocket.wifi or 192.168.1.1 into the browser on your tablet and you'll see a heading Text Messages > Go to Inbox.  There's also a direct link to My Vodafone on the launch page under My Account: it's labelled Manage my Account.

There's a bit more information in the Quick Start Guide which you can download here:

Is there any reason you aren't using your account anymore? Is there something about your service that is not satisfying your needs? I would be happy to help you find something that suits you better.

There are a few different ways to do this for you. I have sent you a PM, and you can send your information through to me so that I am able to assist you. Alternatively, you can give our care team a call on 1555, who will also be able to assist you with your query.

You can access your PM's by clicking here.

I look forward to speaking with you again.

Kind Regards,

James.
