If you've forgotten your password for My Vodafone, I can arrange to have your password reset for you.

 

In order to do this, I will need to get some more specific information, so I've sent you a private message with my contact details. You can get to your private messages by clicking here.

 

Once I've received your email, I can reset your password for you and have a new temporary password sent to you. You can then log into My Vodafone and set up your own new password.

 

In the meantime, please let me know if you have any other questions or if there is anything else that I can help you with.

I have the same problem as well... i remember my PIN and username but i forget my password and my secrete answer as well and now my vodafone have been lock, i have wait for nearly 5hours for them to unlock my vodafone but still haven't unlock for me yet.

I can absolutely help you unlock your MyVodafone account.

Normally your MyVodafone account will unlock within two hours, however seeing this has not happened for you I'd like to have have this unlocked manually for you.

 

To do this, I will need some account information from you. I cannot discuss account specifics with your in the Community, so I have sent you a private message containing my email address.

Thanks for taking the time to let me know about your log in issue, I'll definitely be able to help you.

 

If you can't remember you MyVodafone account password, you can click the 'forgotton your password' link on the front page. You'll then be required to answer your secret question, and a temporary password will be sent to you via TXT message. The temporary password will expire in 24 hours, so you'll need to log in with this password in this time frame.

 

If you've tried this and your account is locked, it will be automatically unlocked after two hours. If it has been more than two hours, I'll be able to unlock your account and reset your password for you.

 

I will need some account information from you to look in to this. I won't be able to discuss account specifics with you in the Community, so I have sent you a private message containing my email address. You can access your private messages by clicking on the small envelope in the top right hand corner of this page, or by clicking here.
