ok im not sure whats going on but i can now only see my usage history for the last 7 days and there hasnt been any mms and therefore no data usage sent for the last 7 days either. but if i get one and the pkt data comes up (which it will because my partner is having the same issue, only he is on a plan and therefore not actually charged for it because its inclusive with his plan) I will post

Your MyVodafone account will show 7 days of usage by default, but there should be a drop down box where you can change this to show older usage details.
If you would like I can have a look at your usage details on your account to see whether you are being charged data to send MMS, as it may be easier to explain it to you once I can confirm whether you're being charge for the data used to send MMS.
So that I'm able to look in to this, please send us an email using the information that Nick has provided to you in his post.

well somethings dodgey about all this because now i can only see one day of usage which is rubbish, there isnt any drop down menu that I can find anywhere either and ive clicked on every thing. In any event that one usage just so happens to be data which correlates with a mms a friend sent me yesterday taking up my last 14 cents of credit so now i cannot make any phone calls despite having free minutes and i can tell u if this doesnt get fixed up i will be changing provider next recharge. This is the only thing in my last 7 days,

Hmmm.... Something definitely isn't right! How are you viewing your My Vodafone? Is it on your phone via our App or in a browser or via a PC/Tablet? It might be something to do with the formatting in a particular version. You mentioned in one of your previous posts that your partner is having the same issue? Are they viewing their My vodafone on the same device or computer as you?

im using my laptop, my partner uses his laptop, when i said he was having the same problem i meant that he was also getting charged whenever he sent or recieved mms messages (he just doesnt have to pay for it as its part of his plan to get free data). What is the email address that i can contact vodafone on to complain?

It definitely sounds like we need to take a closer look at what is happening with your service for you.
