Hello,
I accidentally changed my pre-paid plan to Vodafone International $50 instead of the 365 Day cap. Is there any way I can change this?

In order to do this for you, I will need to get some more specific information. Can you please email me at online.help@vodafone.com.au with the code C217CBFBI in the subject field. In your email, please include the information explained in this link.
Once I've received your email, I can change your recharge type for you and transfer your remaining credit balance.

I can look into that for you but I will need to issue a new code to you.
It is the 365 day option you want to move the incorrect recharge to and it was the $50 Prepaid International that you purchased? If you could let me know in the email that you send and I can make sure that the right inclusions are put onto your account.
