billing enquiry

Hi . on the 1st of April, I recharged my mobile with my credit card online.

I checked my mobile but the recharge had not been applied

so bought $30 prepay voucher and that recharged was applied (about 5hrs later from the first attempt)

but then when i looked up my bank account , it shows the amount has been debited.

now when I look up my account histroy, both payments doesnt show up.

would i be able to get my money back?
