Hi, I set up the auto recharge at the 1st of every month.

And it was auto recharged at the 1st June.

But why it was auto recharged again at the 2nd June??

When you set up an automatic recharge for your Vodafone service, you will have the option to for the auto recharge to take place on a particular date of the month, when your credit reaches a low limit or in periodic intervals (every 30 or 60 days). If you've chosen the "recharge on low limit" option, you'll be prompted to choose an amount from $5, $10, $15 or $20. Once your account reaches this amount, an automatic recharge will take place. What is the option that you selected?

Does the second recharge show through your My Vodafone account and on your bank statement? Either way, I'd like to investigate this for you, so I've sent you a private message containing my email contact details for you to forward your Vodafone account information.

It looks as though you may have set up the 'recharge when balance is low' option on your account, which is topping up your account when the credit is getting low. Rest assured, once you send your information through to Caitlin, we'll be able to look into this and make sure that your prepaid automation is set up correctly.
