Hi I have activated international roaming prior to coming to united states I am unable to make calls or receive calls but can send and receive SMS. I am connected to the AT & T network which I have checked is partnered with vodafone. Would love it if someone would help figure out the problem as I am unable to call customer service and can not access my vodafone. Would love this to be done ASAP as need to contact my family in Australia Thank you

The fact that you can receive SMS is a good sign, as that tells me your roaming is set up correctly. As far as calls are concerned, theres no reason they wouldn't be working aside from a barring on your account from our end. Had SMS not been working either, I would have said that roaming had not been set up correctly in the first instance.

I'd like to look into this and make sure everything is set up correctly on your account, so I've sent you a PM requesting a couple of your account details. Click here to send those details through, and I'll keep an eye out for your email and make sure this is taken care of as quickly as possible. 

Roaming can be a little tricky sometimes, but I'll be sure to get you up and running so you can get in contact with loved ones.
