Hi,

I am trying to port my number but I need the DOB. I signed up for this sim years ago and forgot the DOB I put in. Is there any way I could retrieve it?

hmmm yea i dont know i thought you could check in my vodafone but apparently not cause i couldnt find it.. Good luck umm your best bet is to call them (vodafone i mean)

I can certainly assist you further here.

The only way you can do this is pop into a store where they will be able to do a 100 point ID check on you to confirm that the Account is yours and they will be able to change the DOB to your own. Please note that you will need some form of photo ID for example Drivers Licence or Passport.
