Hi,
I'm currently with the prepaid talk & text offer, with ~$50 credit, and some vodafone to vodafone minutes I've accummulated over all my recharges. I'm wondering whether I can transfer this credit and these minutes to my mother's phone. She is also on vodafone prepaid, and I believe when my sim was activated years ago, it was under her name. Is it possible to have my credit and minutes transferred to her? What will happen to my number?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi liz_h,
It is thoughtful of you to wish to transfer your current credit and V2V minutes to your mother. Due to the systems implemented, credits and minutes can not be transferred between accounts. Why do you wish to transfer these credits to your mother?
Thanks,

I understand that mistakes can happen and if you're no longer using your old number, I'd really like to see what I can do to get this fixed for you.
I'll need to get some more specific information from you to be able to look at your services, so I've sent you my contact details in a private message here.
Once I've received your email with the information that I've requested, I will be able to see what options are available to get this sorted out for you. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any other questions or if there is anything else that I can help you with.
Cheers,
-Bruno.
