I requested the refund for the amount which hasn't come to my account just charged to credit card
by e-mail more than a month ago.
Still no refund yet.
Please let me know the e-mail address for the refund request. I would like to try it again.

I can certainly take a look into this for you. What email address did you send your refund request to? If you sent an email to us, you'll need to ensure that the unique email code that was provided to you is placed in the subject field, otherwise we may not receive your email.

Thanks for your response.
I sent e-mail which is requesting refund to vodafone.prepaidcare@3globalservices.com.
No e-mail recieved at all since then.
