Problems regarding sim activation

I Have a probaby 2 year old vodafone prepaid sim kit. I tried to activate it today, But i don't find any activation code in prepaid starter kit.

If you don't have the activation code, you can use the mobile number as an alternative way to activate the service. You can do this online here. Let us know if you have any problems, as we're keen to help get your service up and running with us as soon as possible.

I called customer care and activated around 10.00 clock, but its not yet activated.

activated through 130065041013, entered mobile no, sim car number and pin number. Don't I need to provide any ID ? WHY IS IT NOT YET ACTIVATED,

This vodafone is highly irritating. can't use phone becos its not yet activated.

Your service should be usable within 4 hours of activating it. I can have a look at your account and find out why your service has not activated yet. To do this I will need some account information from you via email. I have sent you a private message containing my email address and information I will need from you.

 

You can access your private messages by clicking on the small envelope in the top right hand corner of this page, or by clicking here.

 

Once I receive your email I'll be able to look in to why your service is still inactive.
