I tried to login to my prepaid mobile account and was sent to My Account which does not work with the password I have.
What happened to the normal prepaid mobile login page? Could you get this fixed as I need to find out my data balance.

Now the correct login page appears for the prepaid mobile broadband but when I hit the login button it just reappears as a blank login page and does not go to my account.

Are you trying to log in to My Vodafone? This is the best place for you to check your monthly balance, as well as update and check your account details and information. There aren't currently and reported issues with My Vodafone.
I am trying to work out if this issue is being caused because there is something wrong with your specific My Vodafone profile, or if the issue is due to compatibility issues with your computer or browser.
If you are trying to log in and are still having difficulties, can you please try on a different web browser? It's possible that the way My Vodafone displays may be affected by the web browser you are using.
If a different browser doesn't work, could you please try logging in to My Vodafone on a different computer as well? If you give this a go, can you please let me know what happens?
With a bit more information I can get to the bottom of this and help you sort it out.

I have never been able to log in via My Vodafone. I have always used the 'prepaid mobile broadband login' button on the right of your home page.
After some considerable time I was able to log in and view my data balance.
