I also purcahsed my Vita on the 25th. Recharged as soon as I got it with $19 and have still received nothing about my Wipeout nor did I receive any sucessful recharge on my Vita. THe recharge definetely went through as I have 750mb of Data on my Vita..
Pretty poor effort from Vodafone to be honest.

Shancake, have you registered for myvodafone ?
If you have, and this goes for anyone else posting... Check if there is recharge history.
I have no recharge history yet I have 750megs...
I belive the issue is related to vodafone having a fault on their recharge system. The issue is wipeout is linked to us recharging and if their system doesnt reflect history its unlikely that wipeout coupons which I would assume were linked to an automated system would be released as the automated system wouldnt see the recharge.

I'm guessing that this is the issue as the guy on the phone said that the recharge system was down and it took a few times to go through... I asked him if i'd still get the code for the Vita and he said yes... blehhhhh

I do have the recharge in my history, email address is correct, Vita's 3g is working, all is good, but no code after more than 72hrs.
Has anyone received a code yet? how? email and/or sms?

I having the same problem as well.
I got my Ps Vita from Dicksmith on 23/2/12 and recharged $19 Prepaid on 24/2/12 around 3:50pm. It is now past 72 hours and I haven't receive the code for Wipeout.

At least you had the courtesy to be told there was an issue on their end. I was told I did not have an email address registered to my vodafone account (which is not true and which I *politely* tried to tell the operator on the phone to no avail). Now I have been told I will need to wait another 72 hours. Seriously considering switching to another provider once the charge on this account has been used.

I’ve spoken with the team here and confirmed there is currently a delay with the Wipeout 2048 codes.
These have not yet been issued and we’re looking to have this fixed up as soon as we can.
Once the codes are available, we’ll be emailing them out to the email address you used when registering and activating your prepaid service.
If you registered by phone you won’t have supplied an email address and have the option to email us (we’ll give you a code) or to call care on 1555 or 1300 650 410

Good news, shortly we will be sending you a TXT containing your Wipeout game coupon code!
Don't worry if you're not familiar with checking your TXT notifications, we've got the instructions on how to do so here.
You can read the full details on how to claim your free game on our website here.
1.Update your PS Vita to the latest system software.
2.Go to the "PS Store" icon. Select the "Redeem Code"
3.Enter your redemption code and then follow the on screen instructions to download.
We also have an article here which goes through the steps needed to be eligible for a copy of Wipeout.
