Re: PS VITA Wipeout 2048

Hi Mikeyc,

I apologise that you got cut off whilst being transferred to a Vodafone rep. As rob_B30 mentioned, is it possible to contact Sony again to be transferred through to the right person at Vodafone? This would be your best bet to get this sorted out as quickly as possible.

If you have any problem doing this please let me know.

Thanks,

Nick

Nick

Given that you are 'Vodafone help and support" wouldn't it be more appropriate for you to take ownership and give me the update.  Unless of course Vodafone would like to pay me to be ' help and support'....

You should not be instructing people to ring sony, you should be finding a solution to peoples problems as the transaction is with VF and VF has not fulfilled it's commitment to supply goods.  It's a principal thing not a convenience thing.  You're letting Sony do your job and you're looking like fools while they do it.

After several really bad experiences with VF in the past this was an opportunity for VF to prove to me that they deserved some of my business. - FAIL... again...

Rob

Hey rob_B30,

I'd like to grab some private details from you so I can have a closer look at your account and see why what is going on, and get this sorted out for you. Are you able to email me some details through?

I will send you a PM with my email address, which you can access by following the link here. I'll let you know in the PM what information I require.

Once I've got access to your account I'll be able to get a new code out to you.

Cheers,

Nick

Do you mean the code you received says it has already been used? As you've already escalated this, if you don't hear back from the representative you spoke to by the end of today, can you please email some details through to me so I can have a closer look in to this for you, and help you get this sorted out?

I will send you a PM with my email address, which you can access from the link here.

Cheers,

Nick

It sounds like you've done all the right things to be eligible for the PS Vita Wipeout 2048 game - you purchased from a non-Vodafone store, recharged your Vodafone account, and waited 72 hours. As you've still not received your code, I'd like to take a closer look at your account to see if I can determine the cause of the delay, and get your code to you as quickly as possible!

I will need your personal details, and we can't discuss those here in the Community. I've sent you a Private Message  (PM) with my email details and the info I'll need to help - you can access your PMs by clicking on the envelope symbol in the top right of your screen, or here.

How are you enjoying the Vita? It looks like a wonderful little device, and I've heard some great reviews, but I haven't seen one, so I'm interested in what your thoughts after using it for a while!

Thanks,

Kirsty.

I can definitely help you retrieve your Wipeout code.

Given that you have purchased your PS Vita from a non-Vodafone store, you've recharged, and waited at least 72 hours you should have received your code by now.

I'd like to look in to this further and obtain your code for you. To do so I will need some account information from you, which cannot be discussed in the Community. I have sent you a private message containing my email address and information that I'll need from you.

You can access your private messages by clicking on the small envelope in the top right hand corner of this page, or by clicking here.

Regards,

Sarah.
