I also purchased PS Vita from game on the 24th & recharged with $19 . I have not received anything in regards to Wipeout 2048. My account shows the my account has been topped up with data. Please can you do something to sort this out for me as I have been trying to get thru to Vodafone via phone today but keep getting disconnected. Cheers for any help you can offer LES

Utterly disgusted by the response times and lack of knowledge of the support staff regarding Vita and the Wipeout deal.
6 days is longer than 72hours for those that are counting.
I’ll give you 24 hours more to resolve this problem, then I’ll start with Department of Fairtrading, I got a 3g Vita because with Wipeout - $50ish the price for the 3g Unit was well in range of the wifi unit.
What I don’t understand is how Australian leg of Vodafone can be so redundant while the UK version is capable of sending the coupon within 15min.

Agreed. The issue is affecting almost every single sim card for vita in Australia. Such a large issue should not be possible. The system is giving us our credit but not acknowledging that the credit was sent but at the same time sending a reciept number via text. Honestly something is quite fishy here that it should take this long to figure out the issue and that such a large issue hasn't warrented some kind of announcement/apology from vodafone.

Same boat here: bought on launch day, topped up that morning, still haven't heard anything. Kind of annoying since Wipeout was one of the main reasons I bought the system, plus justified the upgrade to a 3G model.

Why has there been a response to the questions about wipeout in pages 1-2 but nothing after that have you realised the problem is bigger than you can handle. How did vodafone become the preferred carrier with this sort of handling of a relatively simple problem. You have the codes pass them on SIMPLE .
PS You have taken my money under false pretences by not delivering the game .

Exactly the same as Les69au, except purchased from ***** smith on launch day, 23rd Feb. Recharged straight away on the same day and 5 days later, still no code...Not happy!

Well I am not sure if complaining on here helped at all but I finally got my code via sms message on my vita @ 4:17 PM today. I redeemed the code & happy to say the game & network pass are down loading as I post this message. Just thought I would let anyone else having trouble getting code there is a light at the end of the tunnel it just should not be this hard to get a result LES
