I got mine too. No acknowledgement in the recharge history so im assuming they just sent them out to everybody without any apology for the inconveninece/late delivery but hey at least we got the codes. Now to find a new provider once i get the game.

What a joke, I just called Vodafone, and now they tell my number isn't on the redemption list because I purchased the PS Vita from The Good Guys, He also told me that there is a list of retailers that are eligible, but they too only just received the list of retailers. He agreed if he store isn't eligible they shouldn't be selling the 3G model with the Free Wipeout Redemption Offer sticker and info. So apparently he has escalated it and i will receive a call to receive the code verbally, problem is it doesn't know when that will be. ![]()
I’m going to wait another 24 hours, then escalate this myself, we are the customer, you would think this a big telco like Vodafone could get this right...

I bought my PS Vita 3G from EB Games. I recharged with $19. My account reflects the recharge and I have 750MB data but I have not received my redemption code for Wipeout 2048.
I would appreciate a resolution to this.

Recharged my 3g around 72 hours ago and the code still hasn't turned up. There is nothing in the transaction histoty and I still have the receipt number. Have I done something wrong?
