I lost my credit

I recharged my phone before the expiry date and lost all previous credit.

Is this correct. I also tried to recharge from my phone and this didn't work either.

Can you please let me know what recharge you were on, and what prepaid plan you recharged to? The terms and conditions for each recharge is different, so I am unable to provide you with an answer without knowing this.

 

You can find the terms and conditions for our recharges by selecting the appropriate plan here, then navigate to 'view terms and conditions'.

 

Once I know what recharge you're on, I'll be able to find the answer for you.
