I recharged my phone before the expiry date and lost all previous credit.
Is this correct. I also tried to recharge from my phone and this didn't work either.
Can you please let me know what recharge you were on, and what prepaid plan you recharged to? The terms and conditions for each recharge is different, so I am unable to provide you with an answer without knowing this.
