I have two Vodafone numbers on Prepaid, on 365 Day recharge option, which I’ve had for many years, one of which I've given to my wife to use to call me, as we then call on the accumulated VF2VF minutes.
Today, found that the 365 Day Back to School special I recharged both with in March had not taken effect on one.
I had checked on the first that the infinite minute effect had been applied, which looking on My Vodafone was done on 24 March. I had recharged the second on 31 March, after I’d confirmed the first had infinite minutes, which was within the time of the Back to School offer, and I didn’t double check expecting, like the first it was effective.
I had had enough VF2VF minutes and credit on both numbers, and expiry on them otherwise in late August, so only recharged in March, earlier than I needed to take up the infinite VF2VF minutes provided by the 365 Day Back to School special.
Had hassle today when out with my family, when my wife not being able to call me, which we now find is because the infinite minutes had not been applied, the credit had been used up after the VF2VF minutes were used up.
I called on 1555, to find out what was going on, and although spoke to an operator, didn’t get far. I had asked to be called back.
Since then, had further time to figure on it, and I was also on the web, and saw the 365 Day Back to school special was actually on till end of March, by seeing a comment on the Vodafone community site.
Checking usage on My Vodafone saw that I'd started to dip into the dollar credit on 15 August on the number which did not have applied the infinite minutes/Back to School special.
So, I'd like to have
1) the infinite minutes applied, and the VF2VF minutes restituted to how it was when I recharged in March, and
2) the dollars I'd lost put back to how my credit was on 15 August before that started being used up due to not having infinite VF2VF minutes applied.

You're correct; If you recharged with the 365 back to school offer before the end of March, you will have been entitled to infinite Vodafone to Vodafone calls.
When you say the minutes are being used up, are you seeing the 150 minutes being deducted in your MyVodafone account? If they 150 minutes is being deducted, then this is something I'll definitely need to fix up for you.
