Hi
I have recently changed to the $50 Cap prepaid plan, due to Vodafone suggestion. thought great $1000 of credit for multiple uses. But have found that my credit has been chewed up with internet data charges approx every 10mins for $2.00 a time, right across the night and day when I know I haven't had or been using the internet. I rarely use it for internet mainly just facebook. What would normally last a month on the $49 flexi cap I have now used more credit in less than 3 weeks and I have been lower spend on calls etc this time round. How do I stop all my credit being chewed up by data and is this really correct??

It sounds like you have a pesky App running in the background that may be chipping away at your credit. This is something that can be easily fixed and I can definitely help with that.
Have you installed anything onto your handset recently? There is a way to check whether there is something going in the background that you may not be aware of. We have a handy article here that goes through how to look into this and there are also some Apps that can monitor data usage in real-time for you as well.
Another great way to check on your usage is by checking MyVodafone, which sounds like you are already checking regularly as you can see the data charges every 10 minutes.
Let if you find an App that is running in the background and if that isn't what is causing the issue then there are other steps we can take together to get this solved for you.
Cheers,
Dana.
