That does sound rather odd. Certainly not something I've come up against before. That's a lot of tree's we could be saving there not to mention the room we'd be taking up in your mailbox. What I might get you to do if you don't mind, is to email me some details so that I can have a closer look at your account. From there I should be able to see what is going on. I've sent  you a private message with all the info that I'll need.
