ONCE AGAIN, I am experiencing NO SERVICE IN THE TUMUT, NSW, 2720 AREA (2G network) WHY IS THIS ALWAYS HAPPENING? I still haven't been compensated for the last outage of over 5 days. I am considering contacting the ombudsman, what a disgrace!!!!!!

This is definitely an issue we're aware of. Our technicians identified it yesterday afternoon and have been working since then to get the network back up and running. We anticipate that they will have have this resolved shortly.
The disruption is listed on our Postcode Checker, here. Any updates will be posted there as they become available. Intermittently restarting your phone will help it to reconnect with the network as it comes back online.
