No Service, Bathurst NSW

Since approximately 12:00pm today (06/08/2012) I have been without service. Every person that I know in Bathurst who is with Vodafone is experiencing the same thing.

 

Can you tell us what the problem is and when it might be fixed?

i received a letter from vodafone couple months ago about upgrading some network tower around my suburb (surry hills).

It stated in the later during the update process most users will have a no service with their mobile phone. 

If im not mistaken, the later stated they will upgrading other towers as well around nsw?

So maybe this time is around your suburb? Especially if you said that most people you know got no service as well

Thanks for getting in contact with us on the Community and I can understand that if there is an issue, you would like to know when it will be resolved.

 

Can you tell us what the problem is and when it might be fixed?

 

 

I have looked at our network status page and can see that there was an issue in the Bathurst area yesterday from 12.36pm to 7pm last night which has now been resolved.  You can also see this by clicking this link and may be handy to have just for future reference.

Hi..

I am now able to recieve text messages, but am not able to recieve picture messages, get on the internet or make calls. the is still no network symbol on my phone.
