i ordered a galaxy mini 2 on monday its now thursday and my order is still saying that it is processing when i try and track it. my order number is VF121373748. I sent an email about it but am yet to hear a reply.

Our order tracker can take a few days to pick up your purchase, as it won't be able to find a whereabouts of the parcel until it's left our warehouse.
