Last time, I saw my order time (estimated delivery date is 5 April 2012). At this day, I called Vodafone customer care. Then, told me " your order has been cancel because cannot find your address). So, if i never called Vodafone, I would not know that. (Is this right?)
Why Vodafone do not contact me to notify for this problem by email or my phone number before i call them ??? ( is this a rule?
So, perhaps I am a new customer and do not know Vodafone's rules
Help me to know exactly Vodafone's rules.

Hi nguyenbooo,
If your order has been cancelled due to not being able to locate your address, this may be because your address was not correctly submitted through with your order or is not registered with Australia Post and therefore unable to be located by Australian Air Express.
You also need to ensure that if you wish to have your order delivered to a unit/apartment, you need to include your unit or apartment number. If you are having your order delivered to a work address, the business name and shop/floor/suite number also needs to be included.
I would like to take a look into your order for you and where necessary have your device reordered and re sent to you. Great to hear you've received your iPhone. Are you enjoying using it?
You can check your usage and your monthly bills by signing up to My Vodafone. When you register for My Vodafone, we will send you a TXT with your temporary password. 'But iPads cannot receive TXT messages' I hear you say. And you are right. This is where you need to get a little bit tricky. To receive the TXT, you will need to pop your iPad micro SIM in to a device (such as an iPhone) that can receive TXTs. You will then be able to access the temporary password and continue with your My Vodafone registration.
When you pop your SIM in to a phone, make sure not to send any TXTs or make any calls, as these aren't covered by your iPad plan. Simply pop it in, register for My Vodafone, receive the temporary password via TXT, then take the SIM back out and return it to your iPad.
To register for My Vodafone, you will need the mobile number for your service. I can help you get this. If you'd like me to find your mobile number for your iPad, can you please forward some details to me via email? I will send you a PM with my email address, which you can access by following the link here.
