I'm hijacking the other persons thread but since I know you are about I'll add my problem as it is similar.
I'm with 3 and ported a mobile number.
I can no longer log in to my three to check my other services with 3, as that mobile number was my username.
What's the easiest way of rectifying this?

Hi Punterisback,
Have you attempted to register another number on your 3 account for My Three? If you have already tried this and have been unsuccessful, are you provided with an error message and if so, what does it say?

I did register my mobile broadband number with my three and that went through ok so I can check my usage on that which is the main thing. It is heavily watered down to what it was before and I have lost all my archive of bills from the last few years. I didn't expect they would chop me out straight away given I have other services under my account.

Hi Punterisback,
When registering your number for My 3, were you prompted to enter your account number and choose a user name? So you are able to view your account details, such as bills and current plan and usage for all the number on your account, you will be required to use your primary number on your 3 account to set up your My 3.
If you are unable to do this, please let me know and I will take a further look into this for you.
