That sounds like a great little offer. I wasn't previously aware that we had this promotion running. It may be reward for our loyal customers simply selected at random. In most instances the credit or minutes offered in the automated call or TXT should automatically be applied to your account. This should be visible in your My Vodafone account.
If it isn't, I can certainly apply this for you. I've sent you a Private Message with my email details and a unique code for this case. Once I've received your email I'll be in touch again to get those minutes going for you.
Look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Cheers, Madeleine

We're currently running a promotion that gives you bonus credit when you top up on a $30, $50 or $70 flexicap as your second recharge. This means you'll get $30 bonus credit on the $30 flexi, $50 on the $50 flexi, and $70 bonus on the $70 flexicap. All you need to do is pick up one of those recharges to take advantage of the offer!
If you've got any other questions, be sure to let me know.
Kind Regards,
James.

Hello there,
I got a phone call the other day, that I'm eligible for a reward after my 3rd recharge. The call suddenly ended, without anything to do about it. I called the number back, but all I got was a few words that I had been called about a promotion. How can I claim the reward? I couldn't find any option for that under My Vodafone.
Thanks for the help in advance.
Kind regards,
Robert

I want to make sure that you're getting all of the things that you're entitled to with your service, so I'm keen to look into this for you.
I'll need to get a bit more information to identify the reward offer and advise you on how to claim it, so can you please let me know what kind of recharge option you're using with your service (eg. flexi cap, 365 day rechare, All-time) and the value of the recharge that you last bought?
I've sent you a private message with my contact details and a request for some specific information so that I can follow this up for you. You can get to your private messages by clicking here.
Please let me know if there's anything else that I can help with while I'm investigating this for you, or if you have any other questions at all.
Cheers,
-Bruno.

After renewing my annual prepaid subscription for the third time and loosing the balance of my old account for not renewing earlier, I received a hasty voice message to the effect that I was eligible to pick from one of three choices in the way of a loyalty reward. To my mind, this is a gimmicky offer, even if it were to be real. If you want to give me a reward, do it, but don't ask me to chase it. The excuse of wanting me to have the freedom to choose, is exactly why I classify your offer as a gimmick. A genuine offer should either not ask me to do anything, or ask me to respond in a simple manner, like a reply to an email or to ring back with a choice, but not to chase an obscure web link, passed on in a hurry before vanishing.
Yours truly,

Me too. Got robocall today saying I could pick from one of three rewards by entering numbers on keypad, but call terminated before this could be completed. Last recharge was $50 on prepaid plan. I'd like to take up option 2 (50 free SMSs).

Before applying something to your account we want to make sure you're happy with our offer and that's why we ask you to confirm or make a choice by visiting a website or replying to a TXT etc.
At the end of the day it's your choice and if you don't wish to take up an offer, you certainly don't have to. Please keep us posted if you have any further questions or concerns.
