Hi,
I have contacted the vodafone support centre yesterday but the guy who talked to me was totally HOPELESS and USELESS!!!! He was keep repeating saying something that is regardless to my questions. It was wasting my time and I wont do it again!!

If you could give us an overview of the issue we would like to help. You are right not to post your personal details (as this is against our Community guidlelines) should we need to access your order to resolve your issue we will provide you with our contact details.
At the moment it would be great if you could post some details on what the issue is with the order, what information you would like and, if applicable, the resolution that you are after.

Actually I did a credit check at a Vodafone shop located in shopping mall, but my application has been rejected due to I'm under student visa with less than 6 months. Therefore, on 23 February 2012, I placed an online order for a Samsung Galaxy Nexus with a cap of 24months $29. Next day I afaird my application would be rejected again so I phoned to the service centre to clarify and provide additional personal details which is I think it will help me to pass the credit test to Vodafone but the staff over the phone could not help me to add any additional details to the application, and just asked me wait for Vodafone to contact me. After that I did not received any phone call from Vodafone until I received an email which says that my order is decliened due to my application has not met Vodafone's credit policy requirements.
I am very interested in the Samsung Galaxy Nexus with $29 cap deal. Therefore could you please provide me you email and i will provide my additional personal detail to see whether you can help me to re-proccess my application.

Hi MBJB,
We are not able to make any changes once the credit criteria has not been met, and you will need to wait thirty days from the last time you applied to be able to apply again. This gives us time to clear the current credit check off of our systems and allow for a new application.

Now Im interested in HTC Sensation XL $29 cap deal but my student visa is currently less that 6 month, However I have already applied for the Temporary Residence and am waiting the visa to be granted. So is that any way I can get the deal now?
