It's great you've received your new phone! Which phone did you order? Let me know your first impressions of your new handset - I'd love to hear what you think!

Is your phone prepay or on account? If your phone is on account (you get a bill each month), you're able to port your number in only when you call up to activate the service. Have you called up to activate the service yet?

You're not able to port your number in after you've activated the service.

If your phone is prepay you're able to port your number in at any time - our Care team on 1555 can do this with you - or I can get them to give you a call if you'd rather!

You're able to change your number and choose a better one at any time - there is a fee for changing your number however - it ranges from $19.95 for an ordinary number, to $275 for a gold number. You can read more about how to change your number and the cost involved on our website here.

If you'd like to change your number, or port a number in over your existing prepay service, let me know - I can help!

Thanks,

Kirsty.

Hi Denise, I just ported my number. Its really easy. Just call 1300101606 and follow the prompts. Someone from Vodafone should answer and port it over for you. Mine took 5 minutes on the phone and 2 minutes to get ported :smileyhappy:
